Discovery IV condos are located close to Canyon Lodge and the Lakes Basin. They were built in 1973 with 64 units. There are plenty of amenities and floor plans within this complex.
It's easy to hop on the free shuttle bus's orange-line and go to the Village or Tamarack (Lakes Basin). Or take the wonderful town bike path anywhere in town. Discovery 4 has more amenities than most other condo complexes in Mammoth Lakes. Have a BBQ by the pool in the summer or hang out in the recreation room in the winter. There is so much to do within Discovery 4.
