Seasons IV condos are located between the Village and Mammoth Mountain’s Canyon Lodge. The complex was built in 1970 with 100 units. Floor plans range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom plus loft.

This large complex sits on Lakeview Boulevard, walking distance to the Village and Canyon Lodge. Historically, Seasons IV has high rental potential due to its excellent location. Access to the rest of Mammoth Lakes is extremely easy via the free shuttle bus, which stops right in front of this complex. 

Plan 1 consists of a one-bedroom that can easily accommodate five people. There is an upstairs one-bedroom which features a loft. Plan 2 is the roomy two-bedroom floor plan that can sleep as many as ten people and has a loft. These units have approximately 730-1,230 square feet of living space.
