Snowcreek III is located along the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve in Mammoth Lakes. The complex was built in 1983/1984 with 86 units. Floor plans range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom plus loft. 

This complex is at the end of Snowcreek Road and was the third to be built by the Snowcreek Property Company. Off of Minaret Road drive/walk down Snowcreek Road past Snowcreek I and II and until the dead-end is Snowcreek III.
