Snowflower is located close to the Snowcreek Golf Course and the town of Mammoth Lakes. The complex was built in 1981/1982 with 88 units. There is a two-bedroom plus loft floor plan and the parking is off-street.

This large complex sits on Meadow Lane which is off of the southern end of Minaret Road. Snowflower is extremely close to Mammoth Creek and the town's bike path. This location is wonderful due to its proximity to town, recreation, and sunny exposure. 

The units at Snowflower mainly consist of two/loft and three-bath townhomes. The bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen and living spaces are on the second floor to take in the views. There is a great designated storage area in the loft and some owners have installed washer/dryer units in their condos.
